US Weekly claimed today (Oct. 3) that Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino “isn’t sober anymore.” US cited a witness who claimed that Sorrentino, was seen “downing so many cocktails, he could barely stand” at the London West Hollywood hotel on San Vicente Boulevard on September 26. Sorrentino, the Jersey Shore star, was in rehab earlier this year for a prescription drug addiction. But Sorrentino’s PR rep tells Gossip Cop that US Weekly’s report is a lie. “There was a pitcher of sangria in the cabana at the [hotel’s] pool and a group of about 12 people,” but The Situation “did not drink it.”
