Cher is Gone! And $5.25 Million Richer …

Our tres cher Cher has unloaded her 4,000 square foot WeHo pied-a-terre (uh, four times the size of our flat) for $5.25 million, TMZ reports. Cher bought the apartment, the only duplex in Sierra Towers, from Vincent Gallo in 2006 for a reputed $4.5 million. CelebDigs says “Million Dollar Decorator” star Martyn Lawrence-Bullard redesigned the place into what Cher calls an “ethnic, spicy and romantic” pad. Sierra Towers, 9255 Doheny Rd. near Sierra Alta Way, is a condo tower where the stars can see the stars. But unfortunately, with the departure of Elton John and others, there are few of us WeHo’ans who can. And don’t worry about where Cher is going to lay her lovely head at night. TMZ reports that she has a house in Malibu that is on the market for $41 million and one in Venice for sale for $1.89 million.
