Sunset Strip
The Sunset Strip Music Festival 2013, the three-day music festival that culminates in a street festival on Saturday with a large number of performers lined up to play, begins August 1. Highlights for the first day include a tribute to Joan Jett at the House of Blues, a show by Semi Precious Weapons at the Viper Room and a show by Enuff Z Enuff at the Whisky A Go Go. There are many shows, parties and special events throughout the festival. Three-day passes for the festival are $250; tickets to individual shows and events are also available.
