New Year’s Eve had passed, but the hardy guys of the Impulse Group rallied the next day at Revolver to watch the Rose Parade and cheer AIDS Healthcare Foundation’s float.
AHF’s Living the Dream” float highlighted its pitch that ‘love is the best protection” against HIV infection. It did that by staging the live wedding of Aubrey Loots, 42, and Danny Leclair, 45, a gay male couple who have been together for over a decade.
Impulse is an AHF-sponsored organization of young gay men focused on educating their peers about HIV prevention. Photos from the Thursday viewing party are on the pages that follow.
