I was recently made aware of a new YouTube series called “Your Time With Thomas” about Thomas Orlina who is a 29-year-old Filipino American who works in the entertainment industry and hopes to be the gay Seacrest of the Filipino American community.
Orlina is an LA-born and bred boy who has wanted to be on TV since he was a young boy. He works at Warner Brothers Entertainment in the Corporate Communications & Public Affairs division, supporting the VP who handles theatrical communications for the Warner Bros. Pictures Group. He also is an on-air host with “Afterbuzz” and a “Red Carpet” correspondent and is a huge fan of celebrity pop culture, fashion, music and all things reality TV.
The series gives a behind-the-scenes look at a young gay man on the path to become the next big celebrity host. I like series like this because they get deep and vulnerable with the person they are about. It is not always easy to put your whole life on camera and online for millions to see and critique. I hope you enjoy these episodes that show you a different side not only of the entertainment world but also our LGBT Community. Watch
