Last week was another one that was relatively light when it came to serious crime in West Hollywood. Only two vehicle burglaries were reported, a dramatic decline from the number in recent weeks that may reflect the impact of an arrest on Sept. 27 of a man and woman suspected of involvement in a large number of such burglaries.
