- Blocked driveways (unless a complaint is made by calling Parking Enforcement at (323) 650-6757)
- Loading zones (unless a complaint is made by calling Parking Enforcement at (323) 650-6757)
All citations issued that are not currently delinquent will be extended an additional 30 days from their issue date. Contact the Parking Violations Bureau at (800) 687-2458 with all citation related questions.
The City of West Hollywood will continue to post updates on its website at www.weho.org/coronavirus and the city encourages community members to follow @wehocity on Twitter and Facebook and Instagram and turn on notifications for up-to-date information regarding details in the City of West Hollywood.
One of the factors for WEHO having 50 cases of Covid is that there are a high number of senior citizens living in WEHO. 25% of WEHO is a senior citizen including Russian families who live together in one home, since it is more traditional.
Cool no parking tickets to much money when you have to come far to pay for parking It’s a lot of money to park in the hospital
So we are allowing people to park their RV / Vans etc…and live on the streets? This is why we have zoned parking and overnight parking unless we have a permit. This is dangerous
What is “dangerous” about allowing RV parking?
Will the city of Beverly Hills follow suit? Who has money for parking tickets when no one is working?
Um…..it seems to me that virtually every man, woman, child and pet, in WEHO, already has a blue handicap placard,so it makes this whole deal, MOOT.
Good call with more people having to work from home and being asked not to leave the house.
What the hell has THIS got to do with the virus?
This helps WeHo residents who have to work from home during pandemic. Parking in WeHo neighborhoods limited, especially on street sweeping days.
that’s why we have parking passes. creating a lawless state helps no one.
how does this help?
this helps because those of us who are quarantined or self isolated, don’t have parking spots in our buildings, don’t have to leave the house to look for parking on street cleaning days. It is already so congested and finding a spot is difficult as is, but when EVERYBODY is home your options are even more limited. They are trying to relive us some of the stress that comes with all this change and lack of resources. Thank you West Hollywood for this assistance.
