I looked at the photos and say “great look”,but right now it is the roll of the dice with the current pandemic.Whoever wants to buy or rent these places are going to have to take into consideration the effects of the COVID-19 crisis into their work and personal life.

Maybe if one thinks long-range into the future,you might gain personally and financially.The question is can West Hollywood residents or anybody think beyond their nose right now.

When the article says it was posted by “West Hollywood”, what does that mean? The City? The Chamber?  The real estate listing offerings, particularly the rentals, seem to be an odd and tiny group.  Considering that For Lease (& For Sale) signs are blanketing the City, the two rentals seem to be the strangest choice… especially the second with the really bad pictures.
