The City of West Hollywood will host two seminars in February about the residential eviction moratorium, one aimed at tenants, the other aimed at landlords.

The city’s Rent Stabilization & Housing Division staff will host the virtual sessions which will focus on providing the latest information about the eviction moratorium, rental assistance programs, deferred rent, rent repayments, and the current prohibition on rent increases.

The sessions are:

  • Tuesday, Feb. 2 at 7 p.m. – Tenants seminar; CLICK HERE for more information.
  • Tuesday, Feb. 16 at 7 p.m. – Landlord seminar; CLICK HERE for more information.

Both seminars are free although an RSVP is requested. Tenants or landlords who need a Spanish or Russian translation should request it in advance. Contact Roger Vinalon Jr., administrative specialist, at (323) 848-6438 or at  rvinalon@weho.org to RSVP or request the translation.

The eviction moratorium seminars are part of the twice yearly workshops the city hosts to educate property owners, managers, tenants, and community members about the city’s Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO).
