WeHo city staff members will host a virtual meeting tonight to allow residents to ask questions and give input on a proposed new five-story apartment building at 1317 North Crescent Heights Blvd., on the corner of Fountain and Crescent Heights.
The West Hollywood College Preparatory School building currently stands on the lot.
The proposed development will contain 90 units, 14 of which are designated “affordable,” as well as two levels of underground parking.
The developers have said they intend the property to “offer a backdrop for the generous outdoor spaces” and provide “generous landscaping along the streets at the highly visible corner lot.”
