Employees Only will be offering a vegetarian-friendly four-course prix-fixe New Year’s Eve dinner–plus access to their ’90s themed dance party and a champagne toast at midnight. Choose from scallop ceviche or a celery root and pomegranate beet carpaccio to start, then dine on endives in a brioche crust and a seasonal chanterelle mushroom ragu. For the main course, there’s short rib, halibut or a unique honeynut squash millefoglie option, then port-laced apple pie for dessert.

There’s no better day to splurge on champagne and caviar than New Year’s Eve. This year, Petrossian will host a 7pm six-course meal that features Imperial Ossetra caviar, a black truffle spaghetti alla chitarra, a filet mignon, and lobster among other decadent plates. 6. SOULMATE 

Soulmate will be hosting Soulmate Speakeasy to ring in 2022. Instead of traditional tables, the restaurant’s team is converting the entire indoor-outdoor space into a lounge, complete with Chesterfield sofas, parlor seating and a live DJ. Each ticket includes a multi-course tapas menu with Dungeness crab-stuffed piquillos and a lobster and truffle risotto, as well as the regular menu’s must order spicy tuna paella bites and croquetas de pollo. They’ll also be doing a balloon drop and champagne toast at midnight.
