Thanks Renee and MJ for bringing back some great memories from the tenure of Captain Kelley Fraser. There seemed to be a better relationship between the Sheriffs and the community back then. And not just the LGBT+ community but WeHo in general.

Kelly Frasier appears to have been the person she presented to us because of her foundational human character, it likely had little to do with her gender identification. Please folks, focus on the essentials of admirable human characteristics.
Kelley and I became pals during her tenure here. You can find her new in Alhambra as police chief.

Kelley Fraser was the absolute BEST! Crime went down & her whole theme was “Improving the Quality of Living in WeHo!” I remember that time very well & wish she would come back! She did so well here that she got quickly promoted!
