'm thrilled to announce my new restaurant in partnership with the @hwoodgroup !! From living in my car to opening a restaurant in the heart of West Hollywood, this was something I didn’t think would be possible for someone like me. This journey has been one of resilience and ambitions for a better future for not only myself but my family, all while staying true to who I am. Thank you @briantoll @johnterzian & @hwoodgroup for always championing me and believing in my vision to bring modern day Vietnam to WeHo. Thank you to @rayhughesla & @rhmgmt team for being my anchor & compass through this journey. @didiweho would not be possible without you all, I’m forever indebted & so grateful I have a team that believes in me and pushes me to be better everyday. This restaurant is my offline love letter to the culture. Coming Summer 2023

TikTok star @twaydabae is opening a popup restaurant in West Hollywood this summer.

Twaydabae, also known as Tue Nguyen, is setting up shop in the space formerly occupied by Petite Taqueria inside 755 La Cienega Blvd., according to What Now Los Angeles. She has already held several successful popups in the location.

Đi Đi, or “let’s go” in Vietnamese, is Nguyen’s love letter to her home country’s cuisine and atmosphere. The h.wood Group will operate the restaurant and handle cocktails.
