Disco legend Thelma Houston got West Hollywood’s Russian-speaking community on their feet Sunday evening as she headlined the musical portion of the 22nd annual Mischka Festival held at Plummer Park.

Thelma was fantastic. The female comic who made a racist joke “They say black don’t crack. But what about the black man I saw falling out of his window?”) was not so fantastic.
