‘One Billion Rising’ at Sal Guarriello Memorial

In recognition of Valentines Day, West Hollywood joins the international call to embrace justice for survivors of gender violence by hosting the Southern California kick-off of “One Billion Rising for Justice” – a global day of action with events planned around the world. This year, the City of West Hollywood’s One Billion Rising for Justice event intensifies this effort and asks: “What does justice look like?” The event is call to action to “rise, release, dance, and demand justice!” The event will include comments from members of the West Hollywood City Council as well as representatives from V-Day/One Billion Rising.
